This Place Made Us

Rooted here, on purpose

Our founder grew up in El Dorado Hills and watched the Palladio rise from open ground. MAYDE is not a brand that landed in Folsom — it grew from here. That comes with an obligation we take seriously: a boutique that belongs to a community should give back to it, visibly and consistently.

01

How We Show Up

Our community commitments, plainly stated.

Local partnerships

We look first to the region for what fills our shelves and our events — local makers, growers, and small businesses in the Folsom, El Dorado Hills, and Sacramento area. If you make something beautiful nearby, we want to see it.

Schools & causes

Donated arrangements and gift pieces for local school fundraisers, charity auctions, and community events. Organizations serving our area are invited to reach out — we say yes as often as the calendar allows.

Second-life blooms

Event and studio flowers with life left in them are rearranged and donated rather than discarded — brightening rooms for people who did not order them but deserve them.

Teaching the craft

As the boutique settles in, we plan hands-on workshops in the studio — floral design evenings and seasonal classes that share what we know with the neighbors who make this place what it is.

02

An Open Invitation

If you run a local nonprofit, school program, or community event and believe flowers would make it better, write to us. Tell us what you are building and when. We cannot say yes to everything, but we promise to read every note and answer honestly — because the point of putting roots down is being useful to the ground you are in.
