Terms of Service

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Prices are shown at the time of purchase and include the arrangement or goods described; delivery fees and applicable sales tax are shown before you complete payment. Payment is due in full at the time of order for retail purchases. Wedding, event, and corporate engagements are governed by their written proposals, which may include deposit and payment schedules; where a proposal's terms differ from these, the proposal controls.

Flowers are natural, seasonal products. We reserve the right to substitute stems of equal or greater value while preserving the overall palette, scale, and style of the piece pictured or described. Substitutions are made with design judgment and never reduce the value of your order. Photographs on this site represent the style of a piece, not a stem-for-stem guarantee.

We deliver within our stated service area on the date requested, within the delivery window selected or communicated. We are not responsible for delivery failures caused by incorrect addresses provided at order, recipient unavailability, or refusal of delivery; in such cases we will attempt reasonable redelivery or coordinate an alternative, and additional fees may apply. Perishable items left as directed by the sender or recipient are the recipient's responsibility once delivered.

Retail orders may be changed or cancelled with reasonable notice before the studio begins composing your piece — contact us as early as possible and we will do our best to accommodate. Because fresh product is purchased and prepared in advance, orders already in production may not be refundable. Cancellation terms for weddings, events, and corporate programs are set out in their respective proposals.

We stand behind the work. If an order arrives damaged or falls short of reasonable expectations for fresh product, contact us at hello@maydebrands.com within 48 hours of delivery, ideally with a photograph, and we will make it right — through replacement, credit, or refund at our reasonable discretion. Care instructions are provided with fresh and preserved products; product life depends in part on care after delivery.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MAYDE's liability for any claim arising from an order or from use of this site is limited to the amount paid for the order in question. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. We may update these terms from time to time; the version posted on this page applies to orders placed after posting.
